The Court:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>a) CONVICTED<\/strong>\u00a0the defendant<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000080;\">(while referring to the Court&#8217;s <strong>guilty\u00a0<\/strong><b>verdict\u00a0<\/b>in a\u00a0<strong>criminal case<\/strong>)<\/span>, or<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">b) <strong>RULED\/FOUND FOR<\/strong> the Claimant<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000080;\">(while referring to the Court&#8217;s <strong>decision<\/strong> in a <strong>civil case<\/strong>, finding the defendant <strong>liable<\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2.
