The lawyer argued that her client suffered serious\u00a0<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">injury<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0as a result of the reputational damage caused by the newspaper&#8217;s publication.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6. The Court found that the company was\u00a0<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">careless<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0in failing to warn the customers of the possible side effects of its product.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7. The Judge found that the damages the manufacturer of the gun used in the shooting must pay to the Claimant should also include an amount for\u00a0<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">special compensation<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0given the lasting psychological impact the shooting had on him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">8. The company is\u00a0<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">indirectly responsible<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0for the actions of its employees that cause harm to third parties while they are at work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">9. The manufacturer\u2019s conscious decision not to disclose to the public all the serious health risks associated with its product is referred to as\u00a0<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">intentional lying<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">10.
